Counseling is an investment…

…An investment of your trust, time, energy, and money, but more importantly it is an investment in you.

I accept a small number of clients that I believe are a good fit for my expertise and clients that are ready to do deep, meaningful work. If you feel like this may be you, I would love to hear from you.

How Much Will It Cost?

Rates

50 minute sessions are currently $250 and payment is due at the time of the appointment. Payment can be made with most major credit and debit cards and HSA.

Session Frequency

I’m currently booking new clients willing to commit to weekly therapy. Clients that see me weekly tend to report faster, more meaningful progress than clients that see me less often. Weekly sessions allow us to get to the root of your presenting concerns more efficiently.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with a “superbill” that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged a full session fee for missed appointments or failing to cancel your appointment within 24 hours.

  • Great! Please click the “contact me” button below and fill out the form. I’ll be in touch with you soon to set up a brief Zoom call to talk more. If it seems like we are a good fit, we’ll schedule an initial session, during which we’ll discuss in more depth what brings you to therapy, your history, and your goals for our work together.

  • Therapy is typically most effective when we meet consistently, generally once but maybe two times per week. I am currently booking new clients interested in doing deep, long term work and who want to meet once or twice per week.

  • Unfortunately, no.

You can check with your insurance provider to verify that they offer what’s called out-of-network coverage for counseling services. Please let me know if you’d like assistance with this and I can provide you with a step-by-step guide upon request.

If your insurance company offers out-of-network coverage, I will create what’s called a superbill for you to submit to them for possible reimbursement. This will also require that you pay my full fee to me and you will receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Please note that reimbursement is typically NOT my full rate.

Any time I create a superbill I am also required to make a diagnosis, which is included on your superbill. If you have any concerns about this, please discuss them with me before we go this route.
